How do I nominate?

Nominations are open to the creativity of the Nominator. This broad scope allows for each nominator the flexibility of format including PDF, PowerPoint, Video, Photo Diary or word dcoument.


When I open the Nomination it opens an email, is this correct?

Yes. Email formats allow for multiple items to be sent at the same time and also affords the flexibility of formatted attachments.


What do I need to include in my Nomination?

Nominations should ideally include:
- The name of the individual/team being nominated
- The contact email of the nominee
- Description of the nomination
- Any Evidence of the nomination such as: Photos, videos, testimonies of peers, families or support personnel, links to web pages or
samples of work


How will I know my nomination was received?

All nominations will receive a reply. Nominees will also receive a certificate of nomination. Please note our committee of volunteers afford their time along with other commitments. If you do not receive a response in 1-2 weeks, please reach out again.
